As the founder of mamona, I bring many years of leadership experience across a variety of business environments, from owner-managed SMEs to international corporations. My focus has always been on explaining and positioning complex products and services.

Since 2016, I’ve worked in HR Consulting as a Headhunter, with a strong focus on data-driven recruiting and building high-performing teams, particularly in healthcare, but also in other demanding sectors.

With mamona, I’ve built a recruitment consultancy that combines modern headhunting with digital technologies, local language models, and in-depth market knowledge. From our base in Goslar, Northern Germany, I support both companies and candidates across Germany and internationally in the sustainable placement of qualified professionals.
